Remote cartridge plus for stun guns ZEUS

Remote cartridge plus (KD+) is used with remote stun guns. Distance to the aim is up to 10 meters.

REMOTE CARTRIDGE PLUS (KD+) FOR STUN GUN ZEUS

PURPOSE

Remote cartridge plus (KD+) for stun guns is made for remote electroshock influence. Aiming distance is 5 meters with the possibility of following the aimfor remote electroshock influence.

CONSTRUCTION

Remote cartridge is made in shock-resistant case and includes:

1. bayonet mount (1), fixation element that allows setting it on stun guns;
2. contact bases (2) that come in high voltage contact with the stun gun`s electrodes for cartridge initiation;
3. stopper plugs (3) that close booster channels and the wire, laid in individual sections;
4. aiming line (4) (for some ESD models);

Two probes are located in the booster channels; with the center of gravity in front to provide the harpoon needles a stable fixation on the target. The probes are placed in the individual booster channels, have plastic feathering and a bracket to which the wire is attached. The wire is laid in the individual sections.

Specifics of the model

The front part of the cartridge is closed with plastic shutters. The cartridge is shock-resistant. 

Length of the probe needle is 12 mm, the needles have a gold coating.

OPERATION

The cartridge is meant to be used with remote-contact stun-guns according to their User`s manual. The cartridges are initiated by the high-voltage electric discharge between the electrodes of a stun gun.

When used according to the User`s manual, the cartridge is safe for object`s life and health.

• REMOTE CARTRIDGE IS DISPENSABLE AND CANNOT BE REUSED.
• DO NOT APPLY TO THE HEAD.

Mounting the cartridge

Preparing the cartridge for use:

1. Turn the safety switch on.
2. Mount the cartridge bayonet into the cartridge socket of the stun gun according to its operation manual.

It is recommended to carry the stun gun with an attached cartridge in a protective case.

Firing the cartridge

1. Aim the cartridge (its working electrodes) at the target.
2. Turn the safety switch off.
3. Aiming. For close distances (up to 3 m.), it is allowed to aim intuitively. For more accurate aiming, use either the “line of sight " of the cartridge (for some stun gun models), or the laser aiming module. The cartridge does not have an adjustable sight, and when aiming, you need to take ballistic trajectory of the projectiles into account. The accuracy of the shot is determined as the distance to the target, and ambient temperature (in the lower temperatures the mechanical resistance of the wires is bigger).
4. Press and hold the discharge button. When the cartridge is initiated, the probes located in the upper channels and connected to the cartridge by isolated wires are ejected from the front of the cartridge. High-voltage electric discharge is transferred on the target through the wires after the cartridge is initiated.

ATTENTION! MINIMAL DISTANCE OF SAFE APPLICATION IS 1 METER.

In the event of a complete wire break after initiation, it is allowed to exert remote influence on the object using its own group of working electrodes of the cartridge. Use in accordance with the User`s manual for the stun gun.

Dismounting the cartridge

1. Turn the safety fuse on.
2. Take the bayonet of the cartridge out from the cartridge lock according to with the User`s manual for the stun gun.

• MINIMAL DISTANCE OF SAFE APPLICATION IS 1 METER.
• WHEN MOUNTING AND DISMOUNTING THE CARTRIDGE, AIM IT AWAY FROM YOURSELF.
• WHEN MOUNTING AND DISMOUNTING THE CARTRIDGE, TURN THE SAFETY SWITCH OF THE STUN GUN ON.
• KEEP AWAY FROM FIRE!
• STORE IN A DRY PLACE.
• KEEP OUT OF THE REACH OF CHILDREN!

TRANSPORTATION AND STORAGE

Transportation and storage of the cartridges is allowed in conditions corresponding to group 2 of GOST 15150, at temperatures from -20 to +50 °C.

Cartridges can be transported by all means of transport in conditions corresponding to group "C" according to GOST R 51908.

DISPOSAL

The customer can dispose of the cartridge on his own.

1. Turn the safety switch on.
2. Place the bayonet of the cartridge into the cartridge lock according to the User`s manual of the stun gun.
3. Aim the cartridge in the safe direction.
4. Turn the safety switch off.
5. Push the discharge activation button.

Disposal can also be carried out by the manufacturer.
