Plastic bracket for smoke cartridges

Bracket for smoke cartridges (signal color smoke cartridge) is designed for stationary installation on objects, including under the hood or bumper of a car. Bracket is made from heat-resistant plastic (up to 200°C).

PURPOSE

Bracket for smoke cartridges (signal color smoke cartridge) is designed for stationary installation on objects, including under the hood or bumper of a car. The bracket is made from heat-resistant plastic (resistance up to 200°C). The design provides an internal cavity for collecting dye residues that flow out during the operation of the CCDs. Installation of the CDR in the bracket is carried out using a special seal (as a seal, it is recommended to use 2 rubber rings). Seals are supplied as a set.

The bracket is fixed with:

1. screws ( 4 holes in 4 mounts, ф4,8);
2. with metal straps ( 4 square holes 1х10mm.). In this case, a rubber insulation must be installed between the bracket body and the mounting location to eliminate vibrations).
